Not only did we say goodbye to students yesterday, but we will also say farewell to our principal, Mrs. Sharping. Principal Sharping has devoted the past 12 years to leading PHMS with passion and commitment. She has cultivated a supportive environment where both students and staff can thrive. As she transitions into the role of Senior Coordinator of Student Support Services for the Sioux Falls School District next year, we are deeply grateful for her lasting impact and exceptional leadership. 💙💛💙

Students have been spending their PBIS Reward points before the year ends. There are a variety of options in the Online Panther Store that students can purchase - Hat Days, Choice Seating at lunch, Candy, and many others. Michael, from Team 6-3, used his points for a Facebook Post dedicated to him. Michael recently received a Team Award and it put a big smile on his face! Michael received the “Most Likely to Make You Laugh” award! Thanks for all the smiles and laughs this year, Michael!

Team 6-2 students recently completed an exciting entrepreneurship project in their math and ELA classes. Inspired by the TV show "Shark Tank," students developed a business idea and prepared a sales pitch. Community leaders and teachers were invited to be the "Sharks." Thank you to the those that participated and demonstrated what leadership looks like for our students.
