
Students in Accelerated Math on Team 6-1 applied their math skills to a real-life situation - planning a Thanksgiving meal with a budget of $100. They had to figure out what they would serve to feed 8 people and were required to have main meal, two side dishes and a dessert!

Here's what's happening at Patrick Henry this week! From basketball games and an 8th Grade Career Fair to a Winter Choir Concert and Wrestling match, there's a lot to look forward to.


PRO rooms are still collecting pajamas through Tuesday, November 26! So far, we've collected a grand total of 102 pairs. The leading PRO rooms are:
Furness with 28 pairs
Bell with 13 pairs
Haugland and Vortherms are tied with 12 pairs
Weaver and Hanneman are close behind with 9 pairs each
The PRO with the most pajama donations will win a donut party, but best of all, we are providing children in need with a new pair of pajamas! 💛💙💛


6th grade students experienced what it was like to be a scribe in Ancient Mesopotamia. They made a clay tablet with a message in Cuneiform using a wooden stylus.








7-2 Science students recently dissected frogs to learn about body systems that work together. Accelerated students experimented with thermal energy in chemical reactions!

Students enjoyed themselves at the Patrick Henry Dance last Friday! Time with friends, dancing, pizza and pop made for a fun evening! Thank you to the PH Student Council for sponsoring this event!

During Red Ribbon Week, students and staff had fun with dress-up days and decorating doors to bring awareness to choosing a Drug-Free life! The doors pictured are the winners of Door Wars!
